Our Story
Conaway Capital Construction was built on experience, insight, and a shared vision for doing things better.
Before launching the company, we spent years on both sides of the multifamily industry. I worked as a construction project manager overseeing multifamily developments and capital improvement projects, while my wife served as a regional property manager responsible for the performance and upkeep of entire portfolios. Together, we gained a deep, firsthand understanding of how multifamily communities operate—from budgeting and timelines to resident expectations and asset performance.
Over time, we saw the same challenges repeat themselves: delayed timelines, inflated costs, and a disconnect between ownership goals and construction execution. We knew there was a better way.
With strong relationships in the subcontractor community and a passion for construction, I realized I could deliver projects more efficiently and at a better value—without sacrificing quality. At the same time, my wife brought a critical operational perspective, ensuring every project aligned with the real needs of property owners and on-site teams.
